Pleasee GS fix your effing buffering please. Even with an 8mb connection I can't get these E3 videos to play smoothly while youtube and other videos buffer at between 700-900kB/sec. I'm forced to watch full conferences here because your YT ones having those pre/post conference talks that I'm not interested in.
Pathetic buffering, forcing to watch pathetic ads, no video quality option. What the hell is wrong with you ppl?
@Gagomkd: LOL I really couldnt explain it better myself...although I actually did like the Madden section despite believing that these new features are just like any of the other features that are a bit exaggerated and end up out of the next game so that they can push it again later on in the future, like it's new.
I'm not a fan of soccer, I didn't even really watch the FIFA stuff, but I think it's really cool they brought in Pele. Just to have a worldwide legend there is something pretty special.
Yes, finally this one has the old good comment system. I still don't understand why gamespot can't just use the good comment system until they figure out how to add a like button to the new horrible comment system.
It hard to soak in anything EA puts out. I'm sure their terrible customer treatment and approach to marketing has nothing to do with the content, but you can't help be feel cynical at an EA presentation. Especially when they say things like "players first" and "gaming is what gets us up in the morning". All I hear is "profit margin first" and "your wallets are what get us up in the morning".
@blackbetty1974@BuzzLiteBeer: Yea, now that I'm half way through it, all the presenters sound like they are reciting a script and it feels incredibly forced.
Not only that, they are simply rehashing old and played out franchises. Mass Effect lost me as a supporter after a horrendous ending to ME3. And SW:TOR? Why are they still developing content for a failed MMORPG that went F2P years ago? Need for Speed looks like Most Wanted from back in 2007, which is fine, but nothing new other than open world (which is a bussword, not an omen for good gameplay.
The yarn game was actually the only bright spt in this presentation.
