I work out in a gym twice a week and go for long walks with my dog, i.e. I consider myself quite fit. So when my girlfriend and I tried EA Sports Active for the first time yesterday night I did not expect too much of a sweat breaking out. But man, was I wrong. This game is definitely a challenge! I tried out two working programs, each on the 'easy' level, for about 25 minutes each. The set-up is entertaining and incites you to get going and the different work-outs are fun and versatile. By the end of the second program I was really beat and I actually thought that my legs were going to fail me. They were shaking and aching from the intense effort I had to put in doing squats and skating in-lines. The multiplayer is a great way of pushing yourself harder and it makes working out so much more fun. I will definitely continue working out with this game. So when I get back home tonight I will throw myself at the 30 day challenge and sweat my way to a more toned body. All in all this game is fun, addictive and – above all – gives you a thorough work-out.
