Fun way to get off your butt and get moving!

I bought this yesterday and tried it...I loved it! It has several basic stretches and workout exercises. What I like about this is that it has several different music options, as well as a "trainer" helping you along the way. They're easy to follow exercises and the motion sensors are very close to where they need to be to get in a good cardio workout.

I play hockey 4 nights a week and needed something to help my cardio (because let's face it, I HATE running...it's so boring!) With EA Fitness, I have goals set for me to reach, music tracks that fit my mood, and the "trainer" to let you know how you're doing. Plus watching the screen, it gives you something to take some of your focus off the fact that you're exercising, but you're having fun. There's a purpose in mind and that's what I find really helpful. My purpose of running was just moving my legs. I had nowhere to go, I wasn't chasing anything, no one was chasing me...so why run? In EA Fitness, there's a goal to reach. It gives you the distance left so you see how close you're getting to the end. I find that to be a huge help.

This is just plain fun, plus, I won't have to shell out $50 a month on a gym. A one-time buy of $60 will give me all the exercise I can handle until I drop. I would highly recommend this to anybody. Anyone can do these, it works at your own pace and you set the bar as high as you want!
