I believe that Earthbound is Nintendo's greatest RPG of all time. It had it all: action, comedy, and of course the ability to fight hippies. It doesnt get any better than that! You start off with you and your dog and look for your friends little brother late at night after a meteor had hit. You find Picky(the brother) and than learn your future from a alien-bee that says you can save the world. The battle system is quite simple you get into a battle than you chose what you want to do. Attack, use psi powers, items, or run. It is a basic turn base fighting system but still is fun. Nintendo if you are listening to me than I want you to know that we need a port here in the US. C'mon you made one in Japan. So, make one for everyone else!
