Is this the greatest game of all-time? Its right up their with OoT and FF VII in my book!

Folks, few games are this great. Simple put, it took a shot at RPG's before they were even a staple. It innovated nearly every RPG that game after it. (Remember Cloud Strife's dream on disc 2 of FFVII? Where do you think that came from?) It was the funniest game at the time (Fart jokes never get old), and who could forget "magic cake" *cough*pot brownies*cough* or the first time they saw Mr.Saturn, or New Age Retro Hippie?

It had a simple menu style that was easy to pick up, and didn't have 3 billion spells like Final Fantasy, yet, it had boss battles that were just as or even more intense (is that even possible?) as FF. Whether fighting a pile of puke, or fighting Ness's mind, it didn't matter, the battles were always fun and hilarious.

The characters were great, and hell, even flawed, which at the time, was unheard of.
Ness couldn't talk and got homesick.
Paula was still a little girl.
Jeff still wet the bed.
and the greatest name of ALL TIME......
POO! Sure, he didnt have much going for him, being named poo and not being able to swallow trout yogurt, but he made up for it in his spells dammit!

THe graphics weren't what you call OMGWTFBBQ!!!!, neither was the music, but it did have their moments (oh come on, the "your places" and Retro Hippie music just kicked ass).

This game made you use your brain, and to this day, its one of my favorite.
If you haven't played this game, its worth paying $80 for on Ebay or searching for the ROM.
