The third installment of the series is the best one.
It takes you back to the early age of Facebook in 2008 and the interface is a perfect fit for the series’ unique brand of storytelling. All the new features of “Facenook”, as well as the “YouToob” links, add extra realism to the game and a bit of novelty.
As in the first two games of the series, the story unfolds through simulated digital conversations, and you choose between three responses to any given message. Depending on your choices you can get up to 5 different endings (each one with 2 or 3 sub-endings, with minor variations).
The conversations are fun, with various dialogue options, from cheesy to funny or sarcastic. It obviously becomes repetitive when replaying to get all endings, but thankfully all the major branch points start from chapter 4.
