Easily one of the best games of 09.

After having such an amazing line up of games in 08' most games that came out in 09 looked bad in comparison with the exception of a few. Fortunately, this one is easily the exception. The graphics (especially for being on such an enormous scale) are amazing and do a great job at creating the feeling of realism. The sheer scale of the game play while on the battlefield is epic. The game itself is fun to play and has a relatively easy learning curve. Probably my favorite feature of this game is that it IS the definition of replayability. Because there is soooo much to do and a ton of different strategies you can utilize to play the game there seems to be no limit when it comes to discovering new ways to accomplish your mission. My only serious flaw (there are a few very small AI problems and most of them have been patched up) with this game is that you cannot play as the United States during the normal campaign mode. However, the other countries that we are given the option to play as are all fun as well. Overall this game is a definite must for anyone who likes strategy games providing you have the necessary hardware to make this game more appealing.
