Enclave for Xbox is diverse and intriguing, as well as a challenge to beat, but worth your time.

Enclave is a long game, but broken up into two parts- first you play the light campaign and lead the people of celenheim to fight off the outland Dreg-Atar. Afte completion of the light campaign, you can no fight as the Outland Horde to reclaim the magical land of Celenheim that you claim as rigtfully yours. The game is full of twists and turns as well as numerous combinations of weapons and characters that make the experience unique and interesting. The light campaign starts out with the Knight, who is a powerful melee character that is good with the sword. As the story progresses, your character will rescue several other characters that will become playable. The huntress, who is useful because she is the only character able to use sniper arrows will be useful in several levels requiring long-ranged attacks. The Druid is a powerful character who wields staffs of varying destruction and damage. She is excellent for levels without a lot of close combat, as she can destroy enemies in a few blows with some staffs. Later you will get a wizard whose blows do more damage than the druid, yet he seems to have less health. The halfling is another melee character who will improve upon the skillls of the knight. She is best with axes. Perhaps the most under-rated character is the engineer, who is the only character to throw powerful bombs. He also work as a good melee character with hammers. One of the things that makes the game so great is that each level requires a different character and skill, and you can't stick with the same button-mashing technique throughout the game. As you continue on, it will help to collect all of the hidden gold so you can afford to buy stronger and better weapons, as well as more health potions. The dark side campaign also has an intriguing story , but I was less impressed by it. Once you earn the sorceress character, you will continue to use her throughout the game because she does bombastic damage. By the end of the game she will be so powerful not even the big boss will be able to challenge her. Because of this, I found the dark campaign to be a little too easy. However you feel about it, you will be attracted and drawn in to the story. This game will consume your free time until you finish it- it's a good buy.

There are also a few bonuses for getting through such a challenging game. Upon completion of the campaigns, you will receive a character- earth golem for the light side, and stone gnome for the dark side. Collecting all of the gold in the campaign also unlocks two very powerful characters- Battle Droid and Feticia. These characters are great for going back and beating the levels that you were annoyed with the first time around. In this respect, the game has great value in replaying it. It's still great the second time around. The downfalls of Enclave are few. Some will say the game's lack of save-points make it too hard. You must beat a level in order to move on. Sometimes, the most challenging part of the level comes at the end, and you have to replay the entire thing if you mess up. However, the levels have ample health potions, and so I never found this to be a problem. If I could change one thing, I would add a multiplayer mode. Enclave's great combat and story would be great played live on a server or by adding a co-op campaign.
