Good:
- Beautiful visuals.
- Challenge mode really is a challenge. You get a sense of accomplishment when you beat a challenge level.
- Unique gameplay mechanics.
Bad:
- Repetitive gameplay, which leads to a massive lack of replay value.
- The story that was promised, a tale of a bird and fish that love each other and want to be together but cannot, is not really delivered in an impactful way. You just send them through some obstacles and *poof!* they're together. There's no real interaction between the two characters. There's no sense of this love that they are supposed to feel for one another aside from a short intro cutscene.
- The controls while playing as the dragon (at the end of each of the 9 levels) are a bit odd. It might have just been me, but I had a little trouble controlling the dragon.
- In story mode, you cannot fail. Your only punishment for messing up is to extend the time in which you must play the level, further adding to the repetitiveness.
Summary:
If you're looking for a game that will keep you entertained for an hour or two, then this game will certainly achieve that. Beyond that, however, it might only be a game that you play one or two more times in your life. I would recommend picking it up, but only once the price drops significantly (to about $2 or $3).
