I have always been a fan of both Live and 2k/Espn. I like most started playing the 2k series on the dreamcast, and fell in love. When I got the Xbox i started of with live 2002 and like it ok. The following year EA released Live 2003, which turned out to be the biggest pile of crap i have ever played. Mostly because of the complete lack of defense. It was a track meet. Being forced to look else where to find my baskeball fix for the year i bought NBA 2K3, and it is still to date my favorite basketball game. Espn 2k4 was good with its facial models, and presentation. But not really as good as 2k3. Espn 2k5 is no better, worse in all acctuality. The games isomotion is so broken its scary, if it were not for the 20 price tag and the great graphics I would feel ripped off. I now play NBA live 2005 more because it is a better game of basketball. The defence is back. I still miss the time I spent with 2K3.
