This IS THE BEST football game ever made! The franchise mode is very easy to use but at the same time it is very deep. A cool feature is that after every week you can watch an animated Sports Center of the recap of the week. It is pretty believable. The game play is outstanding since you can do just about anything you can in football with out being the person themselves. Can you play first person football in the madden series? Nope. Can you play celebrity in a football game in madden? Nope. So why get Madden? Plus this game is less than half the price of Madden 2005/ 2006. The physics of football are great and the game play is quite realistic. The 25th anniversary ESPN football mode allows you to play in the 25 most memorable games. The crib feature is also a nice touch because you can see your accomplishments on the field in trophy form. Plus you can see interviews of the celebrities in the game including Steve-O from Jackass and Carmen Electra. They are semi entertaining but the best films you can see are some of the old Sports Center commercials. This is a game you should buy if you have any remote interest in football. You can’t go wrong with this game. BUY IT!
