NFL 2K5 Review

Madden what? Last time I checked Madden had always been just a tad bit better than the 2k series.The control was always a lil tighter, the gameplay interfaces were always a little bit easier to navigate, the online play was better.The graphics were the only thing that was always pretty close in comparision, Until this year that is.NFL 2K5 totally imerses you in the espn style of broadcasting a football game, from the in game stat overlay's and provided you have a PS2 Hard Drive, the game will create a post game show with all of the great plays throughout the game.The Graphics are top notch and everything from the ref's to the fans are animated fluidly and look realistic. This game would still be great if the game didnt have half as good graphics as it did because of the other various modes added into the game.First person football is back and even though it has some flaws, its still a pretty cool experience.Also in the game is the Vip system which allows the computer to adapt to your playign style the more you play the game and the ability to dowload your friends vips so you can learn the way they play,this in itself adds to the games overall playability remarkably, for the first time ever , you can play your friends without them even being there lol. Overall this game is the best installment of the 2K series ever and undoubtably the best football game this year.Overall rating 9.5.
