The first time you see the box art of this movie to game, you feel really excited. But the moment after that title screen fades out, you regret everything you thought about this monstrosity. The adventure begins when E.T. lands on the planet Earth. You must control him around different locations, trying to locate parts of his ship scattered all over the many "levels" in the game. The only real enemies are pitholes which you must float out of which take points away from your score, and a doctor, or an FBI Agent. You cant gain points or power ups anytime in the game. Instead you lose points every time you walk, or get stuck in a pit. Sometimes during the searching for the many lost parts, Elliot will show up to "help" you on your adventure. What do I mean when I say help you might ask? Basically Elliot does nothing but partially follow you while you are being chased by a doctor, FBI agent, and falling in pits losing points, in the same five different locations over and over again. You can't expect much out of a game that was made in 6 weeks, by one person . If you are still thinking about purchasing this game, just find the rom online somewhere. It will be worth it, unless you want to spend $12 dollars on an unfinished game.
