OMG The controls!!

User Rating: 6.5 | Eternal Champions GEN
Seriously this was a great game for the sega if you could get past the controls.

Gameplay: OK how can I begin about the gameplay. Aside from the controls being almost unbearable to learn the gameplay was great. Once you got past the jerky movements you could be off and flying. The blood, moves, and finishers really set this game apart from others of it's kind and it had a refreshing and new story.

Graphics: The graphics while mediocre weren't that bad considering the times. The character designs and backgrounds were really good if not limited by the graphical capabilities of the 16 bit system, and I love the way they integrated the backgrounds into the game with the finisher moves. It was actually quite amazing the amount of detail they were able to squeeze into such a tight package.

Sound: The music and sounds in the game were nothing to brag about, but still there were a few levels with really good background music.

Value: I don't know if it was just me, but this game had a pretty high difficulty level which only made me want to play more to master every move of the characters I used. I did enjoy playing with friends more than the computer though so it lost some appeal after a while.

Reviewers Tilt: All in all this was a great fighter for the early years of gaming and will always be remembered for it's innovations and style.
