This game is hands-down the most innovative game in the genre since Resident Evil (the innovation there being bringing the genre of horror survival into the spotlight). A game so totally interactive that it strives to trick you as a PLAYER instead of as the main character deserves two HUGE thumbs up. Eternal Darkness is highly addictive, highly replayable, and highly in need of a well done sequel. If Silicon Knights can pull off a 2nd time what they did in this their initial jaunt through the horror survival woods, they will increase their personal marketability 10 fold, climbing into the highest echelons to reside with EA and Square Enix.
