It was okay. Very boring after awhile

I think the problem with this game is that they concentrated to heavily on the plot and missed the player action. Monsters get repeative and Cutscenes seem eternal.
The landscape is beautiful and breathtaking. But I'm pretty sure thats all it is. There isn't much player action so all you do at times is sit there on your butt with your mouth wide open (to catch flies) while repeativly pushing one button. There isn't much tension so even when a character dies, you're still pretty sure that you can kill them. (basically you just gang up on monsters for the whole game)

I think the toughest fight I played was the pirate chick and I didn't level up as I should have. (yet I still won)

So if you want to pretty game with an intensily long plot then Eternal Sonata is your game.
I like Radiata Story better.
