One of the most original ideas I have seen. Great history, concept, music, graphics. Pretty fun to play. Worth a try!!!!

I could not wait to get this game once i heard about it. Once I got it I felt like a kid again. The tutorial is very well done, only it does not tell you near enough about how to play in depth, just enough to get by. You have to find the forums for this game to get help (believe me you will need it) to learn all the options for the game. even the manual in pdf format is....weak.

What is not weak is the game itself. This game, if you love history, is like a middle ages Sim's. You get to play the role of a character, you inherit a business of your choice and there are so many to choose from. From guard, robber, priestess, sorceress, innkeeper, smithy, etc etc you can also gain positions within town leadership and change laws and rules. All of this while building your business, raising a family and fending off rival families.

There are some annoying micromanagement issues but with patience you will be happy. The best part is the game does not end until you decide to quit or you run out of children to pass on the virtual life to.

I really recommend this game to history fans or sim fans or even RPG fans.
