the whole EVE series has been lots of fun for me. basically the entire game is set in space, and your character does not run around, but flies. In fact you never see your human self, just your ship. While strange, it deffinatly grows on you. its especially satisfying when equipping some new missile launcher or even buying that new destroyer. the entire economy is regulated for the most part by the actual players, if no one is making a certain weapon or ammo in the region, it will take a while to get your hands on it. you can always ravage and plunder pirates or other players, but that can be tricky especially if your not a soldier, or have a battle ready ship. the only thing really bad about this game is its incredible level of detail...which is still a good thing if your a patient and devoted gamer. the tutorial will talk about and hour to two hours depending on how fast you can familiarize yourself with the control lay out. Not to mention the gigantic size of the universe...its probably not possible to get from one side of the universe to the other in less than 5 hours...at least not until much, much later in the game. all in all this game is very addictive if you have a patient attitude toward games. if your more the jump in and blow everything up type, this probably is not for your. if you dont mind spending several hours (or dozens of hours) a day, this could be a good game for you. might want to check out the demo first at www.eve-online.com first though:)
