If you like dungeon keeper, this is one of the few gems made by the same guy.
Its like tropico meets dungeon keeper on a quest for world domination, or of course you could compare it to being the bad guys from the Bond films.
Torture or kill captured agents, setup traps, guard posts, camera networks, and try and hide your base under a tropical tourist attraction from world governments, all while trying to construct your doomsday device to hold the world ransom with.
The game is funny, with a decent tech progression, altho i will say the game really could have used an expansion.
One of my few complaints is that this game could be a bit more involved with your international activities. The game was made that the authorities of each area will just show up from time to time with an icon on the map and cause attrition to any of your units located at that spot unless you click on a 'hide' command which stops your units from doing the mission or collecting funds.
Otherwise this one was a fun little game. Mods available are pretty cool, and offer a wide variety.
