Great graphics, not too much micromanagement, but will certainly keep you busy, not steep on the hardware requirements!!

If you were a player of Elite, Privateer or FreeLancer, then this is your game. Great graphics, not too much micromanagement, but will certainly keep you busy, not steep on the hardware requirements! And with the developers taking in suggestions from the actual players to help make this a better game with the newer versions, it is very good for this. The demo is only 25 megs big, and allows you to play normally for up to 90 minutes - training doesn't count on the timer (big smile!), so it allows you to explore the game. The fact that the hardware requirements don't seem to be too steep either is a plus at a 1.5 Ghz AMD or Intel processor with 64 meg video card is good. And it'll even run as far back on operating systems such as Windows 98 gives it a wider audience to experience it. It has the right amount of functions for trading at both the market and with other ships in the middle of space, odd jobs, mercenary, and even mining asteroids. And you can do what you want, when ever you wish, or eventually move on to the main story line - your choice. Definitely a winner.
