A nice paintball FPS...
Well Activision Value pretty much took over Head Games (the original developers) with Extreme Paintbrawl 4.
When I mean "pretty much" I mean completely.
Anyway, there's 12 different maps to choose from. Some of them are crazy, such as a Movie Theater and a Prison. Who plays paintball in those areas? Crazy stuff.
The game's textures are pretty low-res and it makes it look pretty out-dated. Even for 2002! Which was when the game was released.
The game is a little boring, I have to admit, as it's just a basic Paintball game. Capture the flag mod and eliminate, etc. Choose your equipment and weapons, then choose your map, play! It's pretty basic. You can control your teammates as well. Unlike the original Extreme Paintbrawl, they actually have some well programmed AI. (YAY.)
Almost like Counter-Strike but with paintball!
Only real problem is you can't change options in-game. When you press the esc key, There's only 2 selections. Resume and Abort. So if you want to change options, do it before you begin. Because then you'll have to abort the game.
I will admit, this game is extremely underrated. I mean, it's a great game! I like it.
