A Good Alternative to Other Free Games Out There!

F.E.A.R. Combat provides a nice solid and free gaming experience. The levels are dark (keeping the tone of the game), and be kind of "scary" when you bump into an enemy in darkness.

The graphics are decent, and the level designs do vary (some being in day light). Also, F.E.A.R. Combat offers a good amount of maps (~12), and offers a load of game modes.

However, you won't see much in the "new and fresh" department, other than the less-than-reliable melee moves. There really is no objective to the game other than mindless killing. FC is basically... UT2K4, but more down to Earth.

Overall, this is a must-download game, as it offers tons of fun and playability. However, I wouldn't have bought F.E.A.R. for the multiplayer aspect, but free is good. :)
