Captain Falcon is back for another spin at the F-Zero Grand Prix, and while he's fighting for a trophy, he's also fighting forces of evil on some dangerous and tough roadways.

The game itself is set in a futuristic universe where aliens and people coexist. As Captain Falcon, you race villains in all sorts of trap-laden courses in the story mode, and in Grand Prix mode, you race multiple people/creatures for a a chance to unlock secret content like parts for the Garage, where you can build and design your own vehicle. There is even an 'emblem creation center', where you can make your own emblem using the RBG color bars and a digital paint brush. There is plenty to see and do here, and the multi-player is a blast.

The graphics are great. Even the cut-scenes in story mode look good. At any rate, it's not all about looks. The gameplay works very well on the track. The controls could be tighter, seeing how some turns in certain race tracks are a little difficult to maneuver. Otherwise, this is a fast paced action racer that will surely please those who have a knack for the 'extreme' side.
