Games like these make the SNES worth owning
F-Zero is the first of the series on the SNES which makes me proud, and yes its main character is.......CAPTAIN FALCON!!!! Who could go wrong with the buff, futuristic Racing dude? When you first pop in the cartridge you'll find you'll self with a title, Championshi p, and practice. Which isnt alot compared to the many things racing games have these days but its enough to make the game awesome. Championship provides you with 3 different types, not difficulty but different styles in the track. Theres a total of I think 4 or 5 Flying Cars you can choose from. There a good bit of tracks and as I mentioned before with the 3 different styles to choose from on each track its a good number.
When your flying through the game you might your Car will bash against the walls and against your oppenents which means the'll be a health bar. Which is a good thing in a futuristic Racing game but when your car explodes and your on the last lap.......your going to feel some strong emotions, trust me. Graphics are limitary for a SNES game and this game is almost there. Providing a good amount of crap can bring this game up in that section. Music can very in this game, one minute you'll be grateful there playing a good song, the next minute you'll be dieing to get to the finish line.
In conclusion if you see it laying around in a store, get it. Its supposed to be on of the best racing games for the SNES and I second that.
