Total adrenaline rush. But still seems unfinished.

After waiting for eternity, the first quality F1 game in a long time seems to have nailed the basics, but unfortunately fallen short of 'spectacular'. Yes, "spectacular" IS what I expected from Codemasters, after having delivered
true masterpieces such as GRID and DIRT 2 on the pc.

The game that the whole racing community must have been waiting for, has certainly delivered on the gameplay and physics front, but undeniably lacks finishing touches, like those on graphics, multiplayer and even it's autosave system!

I might as well go on to say that the graphics in Dirt 2 and GRID were better than in F1 2010. Seems like the Codies are saving better graphics for future installments of the game......
Another appalling problem is that the terrible updates that the developer has provided the game with, unwittingly create more problems to a game that is already crippled with bugs. The already disappointing graphics are even further attenuated in quality after applying the various patches released by Codemasters! (such as rain drops getting pixelised and puddles vanishing)

But nevertheless, overlooking such bugs and shortcomings, F1 2010 succeeds in providing a true rush of adrenaline with an authentic driving experience and addictive gameplay.

A credible start to the series, but with issues that need to be addressed.
