ahhh, finally a game of pure choices!!!!
a growing boy in a small town of Oakvale, you are told to do good deeds and you get rewarded, bad deeds, not so good, uh duh.
after a bandit raid you are taken to train at the Heroes guild, where you develop many skills, combat, bow and magic, the typical hero. but enough of that.
after so long you begin to amass your experience and do some sweet upgrading, get big and cool then beat the stuffing out of just about anyone who gets in your way.
this game really takes 'bigger is better' literally, for example, a small suit of leather armour obiously wont do as much damage as a suit of plate, a small long sword or katana has nothing to compare to greatswords and great axes.
though legendary weapons will often do more damage than anything else that you can buy, even Master class weapons dont compare to the medium class legendary swords and axes.
playing through fable is a great experience, not the so typical rpg, kind of a mix between eldar scrolls and a fighter game. well not really.
it is awesome to shoot someones head off with a bow then watch as it spins in the air and it then drops, better yet is taking that head and kicking someone with it, they get either angry or scared.
the whole game is cool, except for the lack of voice actors, every guy in a town has the same voice, same as the girls, it gets pretty repettitive, but i lived through it.
while playing, i bout five houses, took out a whole town full of guards and villagers, got my bounty up to about 40,000 or something like that. i had four wives, men fell in love with me, but no one ever saw them again... i wonder what happened to them... oh the guard said he saw their bodies laying on the ground out side of town... whoopsie. i should have buried them, but i couldnt.
the amount of diversity is amazing in this game, there is only one thing to say, i love Fable! well not like that...
