A beautiful RPG...........!
Fable is so beautiful, maybe too beautiful because you do not really feel like you are playing the game sometimes - you feel like you are directing the game - you know?
The game starts off with you as a little boy in a beautiful village with your dad and sister and you really then decide if you are a good boy or a bad boy!
The game carries on all with the same beautiful soft focus graphics and you grow up and go on your adventures aka quests.
You are taken in and you are in this place where everyone is like you - but not quite like you because you are 'The Hero'
really i cannot remember what the place is called but it is like a school.....!
you grow up there and there is a tutorial but it is done well because you get to do what you like, then you are given the option to 'Grow Up' or not - oh how i would love that option in real life - yeah i would 'Never ever grow up'
Anyway the game is brilliant and addictive and beautiful but way way too short and there was so much opportunity for loads of quests and things to fight !
The story line is cool - i actually enjoyed the storyline as well as the gameplay and yes as usual there is a twist!
I would of liked it more if you could be either male or female - you get to wear different clothes and hairstyles and tattoos which is really cool and you can get married and you 'make love' but you only hear sounds - sorry guys no real action to speak of!
you can be a bigamist but you want that house back right so you just have to kill the 'wifey' of because it is very hard to get a divorce!
i like the way you get to choose whether to be good or evil and yes i was good and i had butterflies flying around me..................
In short a beautiful and wonderful RPG which i personally highly recommend to everyone and anyone!
