Short and a little less than expected. Nonetheless fun and worth the price of admission.

The hype spoiled my expectations but I still had fun playing the game. It's a hack and slash style role player that had enough decision making to make it worthwhile to keep playing. I chose the good path, rather than go the bad guy route, and enjoyed watching my character develop and grow. It would've been more interesting to prolong an adolescent stage instead of jumping from child to hero apprentice in the matter of a cut scene.

Overall, I liked the feel of the controls and although the camera angle seemed squirrelly at times, I got used to the camera tendencies and I was able to work with it. The story line is interesting enough and there's definite replay appeal if you want to try your hand at being bad and good.

The graphics were impressive. They reminded me of a fairy tale land that I remember seeing in movies as a kid. The lighting changes from day to night were especially well done.

If you like hack and slash role playing, this game is worth taking home. If you don't usually like these types of games, you might want to rent it and decide before you commit.
