This sequel would not disappoint even the most anti-RPG player. With tons of tasks to perform, you will be finding yourself playing this for hours upon hours just trying to decide what to do next! This beautiful and colorful world shows what next-gen consoles can do. The weapon selection, however, is a bit limited. With the presentation of different types of crossbows, pistols, rifles, and assorted melee weapons, it has limited what damage you can inflict on the enemy, but the spells that you can learn in this game are devastating and amazing. Magic is the funnest aspect of combat because of the shear variety. The side missions are detailed and even further throw you into the world of Albion. This game largely gives you the choice between good and evil, light and dark. Although the story is a bit short of totally immersing you, you will still feel that you must avenge your sister; however, the plot is a bit cliche. The story can almost lose you sometimes too; you will find yourself more enthralled with the side missions rather than the main mission. It is too easy to become a rich tycoon, and that is silly to say but oh well. It is beyond easy to emerge as a rich and powerful person. This evokes to my mind that there is a severe limit on what can be done after you complete the main mission, even with the side missions; it feels like your destiny has been fulfilled and that you can just die. All in all though, Fable 2 is an amazing RPG that should be played by fans, as well as skeptics.
