I've enjoyed the fable games up to this point, dissappointed when promised features never appeared certainly but overall always enjoyed my journeys through Albion, unfortunately that is not the case with this mediocre offering. Pointless, dumbed down to the point where there is no challenge and frankly no real interest. No bond with any of the characters or the irritating dog. Combats repetitive and the sanctuary is just a more long winded menu system. Whats wrong with proper menus! Having to wait until you've got enough experience to unlock the ability to make friends or buy houses is just pathetic. The voice acting is excellent, the graphics are below par, the gameplay just doesn't get you interested. I've played all 3 and this is the first i won't finish. The only reason i can think to over simplify a game to this extent is to open up the preteen market. Bought yesterday will trade today.
