Fable 3 is beautiful, that is the best and only word that can describe the world. The combat system's simplicity, which Game Spot doesn't like, is fluid, easily controlled, and not overly complicated like in some games, though magic is somewhat overpowered. While not all of the characters are well-developed, Walter and other main characters are so well developed I actually felt bad when they suffered and celebrated with them in victory. The plot is engrossing, and your quest to rule sucks you in. Quests are original, though few and in-between. The jobs and other income methods, such as chicken race betting and land ownership, are easily understood and work well. The player becomes king near the end, and has the ability to make decisions, but this amazing feature that makes you truly feel like king goes away after the final battle. I would love for that feature to remain available in later Fable games. The addition to Aurora, which is vastly different from anything in Albion, was a welcomed change, and I hope they include it, as well as the unseen Samarkand, in later games.
