Painfully easy, shallow and unimpressive.

I was just plain disappointed.
I like Fable TLC and Fable 2, but Fable 3 is just so empty that I feel it could have just been a $3 DLC for Fable 2.

A game where you hold B to charge magic, release, victory - that loophole in combat that makes you think why bother with anything else.
Basically every fight I found I could just spam AOE magic to win, and I didn't bother with shooting and melee as they were just simple and uninteresting.
If you do happen to die in combat, you are apparently graced with the skill of resurrection, and just pop back up at the same point in combat with full health ready to try again.

If you start buying property at the beginning, investing in business, you will find you have so much money, and nothing really to spend it on.
There seems to be a very limited number of weapons available for purchase, even when you then include the ones in chests and ones by completing quests there is a pitiful range, the selection of outfits is small and from what I can tell each piece of clothing is purely aesthetic with no benefit at all to defence, so you may as well walk into a sword fight wearing only boots and take as much damage as if you were wearing a suit of armour.
Things like trade items and jobs seem great to gather cash, but there is really no need as money just rolls in every 5 minutes.

I did however enjoy spell weaving, I think that is a very nice addition, only hampered by the limited number of spells or gauntlets available.

Some nice mechanics here that would have been better suited to an add on for a past game, and the whole switch from 'Revoltionary Warrior' in the first part to 'Sim Politician' for the second actually made me laugh. Overall it was ridiculously easy, and not something I would bother replaying or recommending to anyone that I didn't wish harm to.
