User Rating: 10 | Fallout 3 X360
The Year is 2077. The war between The U.S and communist china has turned into a war of nuclear warheads. The bombs have been dropped. The world is almost completely wiped away from our universe. The Apocalypse is now. This is the setting of the famous, Game of the Year Award winning, Fallout 3.

In Fallout 3, you play as your own customized character who escapes from the saftey of Vault 101, and is released into the nighmare that was once known as Washington D.C. You search for your father in the main story through the wastes, and you'll go on other quests throughout your own adventures through the Capital Wasteland. You'll meet Shady Characters, such as Allistair Tenpenny, a wealthy(for the Apocaplypse) hotel owner that is involved with the plot of many quests. Or Gob for exaple who works in a Saloon in the first city you travel to, Megaton. Gob is, you see, a ghoul. These people are a form of mutant that were exposed to insane amounts of radiation, and look like a bunch of walking, talking zombies. Most Ghouls in the game are friendly, but some will attack you on sight called Feral Ghouls.

Fallout 3, is of course, a very large game. with over 20 hours of the main story, about 10 hours of side quests, and all the expoloring you can handle, the main game is about 100 hours will no additional purchases. But, if you lack adventure and feel that you completed most of the game. There is Downloadable Content available such as Broken Steel, which is an expansion of the main story and raises the level capacity to 30. And point Lookout, were you can explore the hidden, murky, horrors of Point Lookout, Maryland. These two downloads are the most popular, but there are also other ones such as Operation: Anchorage, Mothership Zeta, and, The Pitt. These all unlock new places of the "World" to travel to, and some cool new equipment such as armor and weapons to use.

Overall, This game deserves a 10 out of 10. There is not an end to the possibilities, and your choices will determine what kind of character, and how the story turns out in the end.
