Fitting of the Fallout legacy.

I'll start off by declaring my bias. I loved the first 2 fallout games, they are games I grew up with as a child, and there is no way for that not to factor into my interview. I was excited when I got this game on its release day. I thoroughly enjoyed it until the end. And happily replayed with different a different character, but this was where I saw any problem I could possibly have with it. It has a few bugs, which is acceptable but the problem is that they stand out in a game that is meant to be replayed. I don't think this is a huge problem though because every game has bugs that stand out during replays. Not to mention the game is 2 years old and has had 4 DLCs released for it at this point, which pretty much solves the problem.

As far as story goes, the plot is very linear as far as the main quests go. This is nothing new for Fallout, or even PC RPGs. We all know that you can't control what you have to do, the choice is all aout how you do it. And Fallout 3 carries on the tradition from the first 2 in that you are able to shoot anyone you see reap the rewards/ penalties.

The game world is very fun and everything you could expect from a post-apocalyptic playground. I will say that I miss the Mad Max touch from the first 2, but once again that isn't much to complain about.

So now that I'm done complaining, I will say that this game is hands-down worth playing, especially if you loved the first 2 Fallout games.
