Fallout 3 is about the time where the chinese bomb america and becomes a wasteland. So a few hundred years later your born. You choose a name guy or girl how you look like and your done. So I say this game is great, truly amazing. I think it deserved to win the game of the year for ign. Though in Gamespot MGS won. Well, anyways Pros and Cons.
Pros:Highly Addicting, Amazing Graphics, great Gameplay, and the new system V.A.T.S. Though some say Oblivion is better than this. In my opinion I think there pretty well evenly matched.

Cons: You wander around, but sometimes you may get lost.

People who object to 10. Ok If you think this game is worse than 10 then ok i understand. some people are different and some are the same. Anyways for Fallout 3 your known as the Lone Wanderer to stirred out of the Vault. So your job is to go find your dad who left the vault(in contrary to why you left).
So the controls are

L1:Zoom in or if you are carrying a melee weapon then its Defend

L2:Third Person View

L3: Sneak Mode

R1: Shoot or throw grenade

R2:V.A.T.S.

R3:Pick up an object

Digital Controls are your hotkeys

Analog sticks Left is moving your view and right is for moving

Triangle: Jump

Square:Reload or if you hold long enough you holster your weapon

X:Activating Object/Talk

Circle:Pipboy 3000 or if you hold it you Turn Off/On your Pipboy Light
