One of the best games on the 360 even thought there are some minor issues...

Fallout 3 is an excellent game with a few minor problems. When starting the game, you are able to create your own character which is appreciated. Your character will level up trough experience with gives you the ability to gain perks which are useful in some situations. You are able to play the game in the 3rd or 1st person perspective. But, the game is really not a first person shooter. To make up for that, the game as what is called V.A.T.S, which with one press of the bumper, you are able to select specific body parts of your enemy (like legs, head, etc..) to shoot at .The first hour or so of the game starts out in the vault in a linear progression. After stepping out of the vault, you are able to explore a huge map. You are able to start any mission in a non linear fashion. There's lots and lot's of quests that will take you more than 40 hours to complete without any of the DLC's. The main story of the game however is way too short but the interesting side quests more than make up for it. The game graphics looks average and there are some bugs from time to time but for a game this massive, it's really not an issue. A nice addition in the game is that you are able to save your progression at anytime. When restarting the game, you will pick up exactly where you left off.

Fallout 3 is an excellent game with minor issues with can be easily overlooked with a game this massive and good.
However, I would not recommend it for people looking for a true first person shooter, it's really a game that you have to play at least half an hour at a time even though you are able to save at anytime.
