Is this really a game from 2010 ?!

I must say that I admire Bethesda software for there persistence of using almost e decade old engine with the same bugs as the fallout 3. The game uses dx9 in a year 2010 ( come one just look at lost planet 2, bad company 2, dirt 2 , and our beloved crysis) and you will see that graphically the game is joke, a just don't see how people can get into the story with such a graphic .I understand if real simulation games like isi s or simbin games do not have top notch graphics but this is just too much for fallout. Secondly I must say that I got bored really quick the gameplay is identical as fallout 3 ( it was best if they just made it expansion) and I'm pretty tired with wining around the city. I must say I don't see the point of reusing the same style in a totally new game ( the team must got out of fresh ideas) but probably that's the economic crisis to blame :)
