Ok so just to get this out of the way, yes Fallout New Vegas has technical issues. This ranges from the annoying items floating in the air, to slight pauses in the game while exploring the Mojave Wasteland to the game freezing up for no reason and having to restart the system. Despite these which hopefully will be fixed with future updates, New Vegas was a blast to play. Everything from the story line, the factions you encounter and how they perceive you ( your reputation and karma) to the new enemies, weapons, perks and companions you encounter added substance and made the trip through the Mojave Wasteland an exciting and intense. Fallout New Vegas takes from Fallout 3 and adds more with a variety of new weapons and the weapon modification system to allowing you to have various companions accompanying you, each with their own skill set and perk additions. The story line I enjoyed more than the previous installment and the ending was much more impressive as it entails decisions made not only in the main story line but with companions and factions as well. New Vegas has a high replay value and with the addition of hardcore mode offers a great challenge to RPG fans. If you can look past some annoying technical glitches, Fallout New Vegas is an entertaining challenge that is definitely worth adding to your gaming library.
