Ties up the loose ends but doesn't try to do much else.
The riot armor is a cool reskin of already existing armor but other than that there isn't much for great items in this DLC. The riot armor while cool looking still isn't as good as the remnant armor if you are a heavy armor user. At this point we can only hope they are going to start on a new fallout game with the new engine.
The new enemies offer a slight challenge but anyone familiar with pc shooters likely aren't going to be troubled by them too much. Especially if you have all the perks from the other DLC your weapons and DT should be good enough that you will be able to mow through them with ease(except the deathclaws). Sneak shots with the anti-materiel will 1 hit kill most things in this DLC including Rawr the boss deathclaw.
