Family is good for some laughs. If you love Family Guy, you will enjoy the game for a while. The graphics on the game are alright but I felt that the designers could have spent some more time on it. The game starts out great and has a good feel to it. However, the game gets to be tiresome after the first few levels. With Stewie, you effectively go around shooting things with your ray gun and jump/float around to get to where you need to go…that’s it. With Brian, you sneak around trying not to be seen. The characters that you need to sneak around are predictable (it gets very monotonous waiting around so you can sneak by since the one-liners from the characters are repeated frequently to the point of annoyance.) With Peter, you go around punching and kicking other characters (effective moves are limited to height of the NPC you are attacking (i.e. kids can only be kicked while adults can generally only be punched).) Overall, I recommend the game for serious Family Guy fans. I do warn that the game gets very monotonous VERY quickly.
