Glitches and Glitches Oh My!
Firstly, F4 is basically a low-class rip-off of X-Men: Legends. If you dig the super-hero team kind of game, Legends is a much better buy.
The graphics in the game are a little behind the times. The characters seem to be too small for the screen, and their world, for that matter. With a fairly linear layout, this would be a game I would have expected to come out for the original playstation.
The glitches in the game are so numerous it's more than annoying. Most of them are graphical in nature, but a few of the more explicit ones freeze the characters (in sometimes really odd places -- not in corners or against walls), forcing a re-load of the system and loss of game progress.
It really seems the programmers fell asleep. Or perhaps died. Or let monkeys replace them for a day.
All in all, don't waste your time. It is actually somewhat painful to get to the (lackluster) end. If you're really curious, rent it, or wait until it hits $9.99 in the bargain bin. It's definitely nowhere near worth the $50 price-tag.
