Great game, probably one of the best, but not the 'Halo2 Killer' as ppl make it seem.
-The graphix in this game are absolutely stunning and no one can contradict that.
-The single-player was also great, but nothing amazing in my taste.
-Now the map editor. This is an amazing tool but cause it adds tons of replay value since you can play your maps on xbox live. Although the map editor is great, it does lack a few things. For example, you cant put turrets, but turrets are on original maps...oookay.......
-This game really shines though, on Xbox Live. Its great on XBL because you get a chance to play on your own custom created map and on other peoples maps. The combat is fast and fierce. It will keep you hooked hours-on-end. One thing i found was that the game makes it rather easier to kill an enemy due to the fact that as long as your aiming reticle is red, all the bullets that you shoot will go to the enemy and not spread, and this makes it fairly simple to get headshots if you aim high and still have a red reticle.
Yet another problem i found was that servers drop sometimes. Sometimes a sign will come out saying "The game session is no longer available" and the server will close and other times the word 'Synchronizing...' will come out in the middle of the screen and 99% of the time, it will drop the game. This is an issue, but it doesnt happen too often.
-Ahh... the all unique predator mode. This makes the game intense and even more fun than what it is. It enhances speed, strength, and even your jump height, and some other things too, but i dont want to spoil it too much. One slice of your claw in predator mode and you're enemy will be sent flying.
-The vehicles. The vehicles are great in this game, but not the best. A little hard to handle, yet they are still good. Its good they put vehicles in because the maps can get really big sometimes.
All in all, this is a great game and you HAVE to buy it if you're an xbox owner.Its only $30 at your local Best Buy, so drop by and get it.
