From the developer of Ubisoft Montreal, Far Cry Instincts is an amazing First-Person shooter. One of the best FPS that you can get to date, Far Cry Instinct is one of those unbelievable games. The storyline takes place as Jack Carver, as you're trapped in an tropical island, with ruthless merceneries. In this game you sometimes get to choose if you want to be stealthy or you run and gun. Some parts of the game you get to hide in bushes and you can backstab someone or just shoot. This makes it kind of realistic because even if your enemy is standing right infront of you he still can't you as you hide in bushes. If they spot you, start shooting you and then other people around you will too. One of the most amazing thing in this game is that you get neat abilities because you're adapting to the enviroment. By simply pressing the B button you can make Jack slash a person to death with his own bare hands. You also get super speed, super jump, night vision, and a improve scent of smell. 7 vehicles is available to you in this game. There is a ATV, RMV, Patrol Boat, Inflatable boat, hover craft, water scooter, and a glider. There is also lots of variety of weapons, from 16 you can choose from. There are all sorts of weapons like 9mm, shotgun, sniper rifle, rocket launchers, and many more. The best thing is multiplayer, which offers a lot of replay value. In multiplayer there isn't anybots though, but you can still play split screen, system link, and Xbox live. The system lind of Xbox Live can support up to 16 players. There is also 3 modes they you can play multiplayer in. Regular deathmatch or team death match which is called Chaos in Far Cry Instinct. Capture the sample which is like capture the flag. The last an innvative thing is predator mode. In predator mode 1 person be the predator, which means he has all of his special abilities, while the other people (who are mercenies)need to destroy a generator to win. If the predator kills a the merceneries then he wins. The merc. can kill the predator as many time but to win they need to destroy the generator which is being gard by the predator. In multiplayer you can find all of the weapons and vehicles you find in the campaign. Another best thing about this game is the map editor. You can make any tropical island you wish with a lot of choices. You simply start out with a basic island, and the rest is up to you. You can raise the land, lower the land,make trees, make tall moutains, put grass, sand, put any buildings you want,put any vehicles you want or even weapons, it is total freedom for you to make your own multiplayer stage. There is a limit to how much you add to your stage so you can add like 1000 vehicles. You can also share your stage to your friends in splitscreen multiplayer or Xbox Live, so if you think about Xbox Live, it is endless because of map editor. The graphics in this game is amazing. Gameplay I think is really good, but the vehicle driving is kind of difficult sometimes. The voice acting is good except for if you hit a guy with your claws and they scream like a girl. For me, I don't mind them screaming like a girl because it is basicly funny. Overall you're a FPS kind of person then you should really get this. It is worth a buy for anybody who has an Xbox.
