Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly is a great game, and a lot better than the first one that I played. I liked the first one so yea I got excited when I heard there was going to a second game. If you didn't like the first Fatal Frame then you might want to give it another try.

The story in Fatal Frame 2 revolves around to little girls Mayu and Mio Amakura. There both twins you get to play as both the little girls although you will play as Mio most of the time. So they both get lost in a forest and stumble into a village. They can go back because the path seems to have vanished, so they have nothing else to do but go forward and explore the village.

The gameplay is much like it was in the first Fatal Frame, soon after arriving at the village you find a camera. You will be getting attacked by ghost and you'll use the camera to defeat them or get rid of them. Some people may not like this but to me it's something new and I like that.

The graphics are really nice better than they was before, it brings more realness into the game and make things look real. The sound is also really nice just like it was in the first game. Overall Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly is a fantastic game a lot better than the first Fatal Frame. So if you ever get the chance check it out.
