This is a solid game that got lost in the shuffle. It is a good entertaining FPS. So if your an FPS fan then stop reading run out and buy . At the amazingly bargain price that this game is costing at the time of my writing its a steal. The story may be lost on some if they haven't played through the first but it isn't required to have fun . The game has solid on par with some of the best graphics out there. It has good weapons and good look and feel to the damage they deal out. The way it really shines is how goo the AI is when facing you. They will take cover and make pretty good decisions on when and how to try and tackle the player. There are a few mech scenarios in the game that help break up the shooting. I can't say enough at how underrated this game is. Pick it up for some good fun.

  While inevitably not as moving as the first, Monolith's F.E.A.R. 2 is still a thoroughly good and atmospheric shooter.
