Liked it better than the original.

I played F.E.A.R. 2 before playing F.E.A.R., so I didn't expect anything in particular. It was a fresh, new experience for me and I loved it. I have nothing against the original by the way, I just like the 2nd better. If you're new to the F.E.A.R. series and are hesitating on F.E.A.R. 2 because you've heard bad things about it or seen low scores, don't let it jade you, give it a try, try them all, but even many people who like the first one best still say F.E.A.R. 2 is better than it's scores. It didn't crash, no lagging, I ran it maxed out at 1920x1080, nice graphics, the sp dlc Reborn ran smoothly as well, has a mp if you're into that sort of thing (I'm not), there are achievements, and etc. Plus it's had a price drop. (You can even get the original F.E.A.R. and both it's expansions for $9.99 @ Steam). F.E.A.R. 2 is definately an underrated game. No reason not to give it a try, you'll be glad you did.
