Fun and Addictive

At the time i'm writting this, i'm fairly sure that Fiesta is still in Open Beta. there's still a lot of things to work out, from really minor typos to not-so-figured-out gameplay ideas. Aside from this, the game is extraordinarily fun to play and more addictive than other well known classics like World of Warcraft.

Playing the game is a bit of a treat...theres flashing lights, glowing objects, and quickly flying numbers galore, enough to satisfy anyone's "bright and shiny" needs. moving around from place to place can get a bit tedious because most traveling is done afoot. altho because of the loot system (no bodies to open, just loot on the ground that's timed for when you and everyone else can pick it up) you can sometimes find some well needed item's lying around that people may have missed.

The GMs seem to be extremely nice as a whole. if you check out the forums, whenever they over shoot scheduled maintenance or accidentally open a new zone too early, they attempt to compensate the players with Bonus Exp times or full compensation for things bought that went awry.

Theres a money shop outside the game where your real life money can buy you "premium" items. however, there are also special quests that you can obtain in game that will reward you with premium items, thus giving the people who aren't buying items a taste of what they're missing.

As a whole, for most every downside i've come across there's a perk to compensate, so its hard to stay (get?) annoyed at the game. My best advice, should you decide to play, is to read the forums for tricks and tips because you'll learn a lot and save a LOT of time trying to figure it out on your own. :D
