Another thrilling addition to the Fifa series!
Gameplay - There is a definite, easily visible, major improvement in Fifa's gameplay. Ball control has been tweaked and it really gives the game a more realistic edge than last years edition. Players visibly recieve the ball in a much more realistic way and the first touch control also works far better this year. The AI is perhaps, a little smarter than last year but the opponent can still be quite stupid at times. Goalkeepers may be a little harder to beat this season also but still, scoring is no brutal challenge. Although you can choose from 4 difficulty levels, I suggest that if you have played the previous installment either on PSP or PS2 and have a good deal of experience, jump straight to Professional or World Class difficulty, from my own experience, an easy 3/4-0 win is common on World Class mode even.
Graphics - Another improvement on last year, nothing to go crazy about but they are recognisably better. Jerseys and player figures are both improved intensely.
Sound - Another classic Fifa soundtrack with some great tracks brought artists such as The Kooks and Paul Oakenfold. You can however, add in your own tracks if you are not happy with the soundtrack and you can tweak it to your own liking. The commentary is good although very repetitve and can be very late and sometimes even early at times.
Value - You will get great value out of this game. Fifa 2007 will last you until Fifa 2008 comes out and that is a fact due to the extensive amount of career options in the all new Manager Mode and also the great Multiplayer mode and online play.
New Additions - Manager Mode has been added in as you have witnessed from the console versions of the game and is an amazing addition, the ability to buy players, sell players and keep track of all the other dealings which go on within a football club truly is great.
Also a new minigame has been added called Wall Attack, this is better thn Juggling although Juggling still stands!
If you are a true football fan, you have to get this game!
