A challenging soccer game and one of the best soccer games I ever played

This was one of the best Fifa games I have played right behind Fifa 99. It improves on Fifa 99's graphics and sound. The gameplay is good and obeys your every move. Thye harder levels are challenging and difficult but can be mastered with persistence and training especially against the harder teams. It pays to get the right players and use them in the right positions. Some bad points: I did not like the main menu I preferred Fifa 99 menu and options. You can only perform about 60 transfers which is down from fifa 98. The European Super League is not featured but you do now have classic teams from the past most of which are justified in what they achieved but there are quetionable choices. Some positives: the players pass to each other instead of always running around, the commentary is very good and made me laugh in some places, the graphics are good and the music from Robbie Williams is good for the most part. There are some challenging leagues to play in like the German Bundesliga and Spanish La Liga. In some ways it is better than the latest Fifa's like fifa 06 although not in terms of graphics. I would recommend this game to anyone interested in soccer games.
