I am now a convert from PES. This is the finest football game to date
At first i was sceptical about the Be A Pro mode but I now love this feature. you improve your Pro by having him in your team and reaching achievements such as scoring outside the box, dribbling around players or having a high tackle rate, This means that you have to try things such as tricks and shots that you wouldnt normally try in order to level up your Pro and so you become a much better FIFA 10 player because of it!
The manager mode is great as it has quite a lot of features without being like a dedicated football manager game. the only downside is that if you pick a small team and work your way up through the leagues then even if you win the fa cup and prem league for example, your still not going to have much cash for big signings. but i always prefer buying fresh young talent anyway and they develop into amazing players of course.
And of course, the gameplay is just amazing. i have always found doing tricks in football games quite tricky but they all work really nicely here and are very intuitive.
